IQ Consultancy has been collaborating with our company in providing English language training for our Russian employees since September 2002.
At that time, IQ Consultancy experts tested all our employees thoroughly to determine the level of their English language knowledge and skills. Subsequently, the results of the testing were discussed with Pratt & Whilney-Rus management to ensure that the needs of both the students and the business were met in forming the groups, schedules and course curricula. At the end of every month, I receive a complete report from the teachers on the attendance and progress of each student. Finally, I am presented with the results of each student's end-of-term examination with comments from the teacher and recommendations for future study programs. This well-organized and comprehensive approach is a useful tool in our employee development program.
Over the past year, there has been a noticeable improvement in the English language skills of our employees. In addition, we have had very positive feedback from these employees regarding the courses and teachers.
